Why colocate here

The people racking your kit run their own on the same floor

Most colocation is a landlord relationship — you get space, power and a ticket queue. We operate our own dedicated and cloud fleet out of these racks, so the engineer who answers your remote-hands request does the same job for our own hardware every day.

That is also why remote hands is free rather than billed in fifteen-minute increments. Someone is already on the floor.

How it works

01

Tell us the footprint

Rack units, power draw and bandwidth. If you are not sure, send us the hardware list and we will size it.

02

Ship or deliver

Send hardware ahead and we will receive and stage it, or bring it in yourself and rack it with us.

03

We rack and cable

Mounted, cabled to A/B power, cross-connected and labelled. You get photos and a port map.

04

You run it

Remote hands whenever you need them, and a named engineer for anything structural.

Colocation questions

Yes, for the routine work: reboots, reseating cables and drives, swapping media, reading a console, checking LEDs and sending photos. Longer structural work — a full rebuild, a large recabling job — is quoted first so there are no surprises.
Any time, 24/7, escorted. Add authorised people to your account and bring photo ID. We ask for a heads-up where we can so somebody is expecting you, but we will not turn you away at 3am.
Additional circuits are available and quoted per cabinet. Tell us the expected draw rather than the nameplate rating — nameplate is almost always far above real consumption, and sizing to it costs you money for nothing.
No monthly fee. Connect to another customer or a carrier in the building and we will run it. This is the line item most providers quietly make margin on, and we would rather compete on it.
Frequently, and it is one of the better reasons to be here. Keep your existing hardware in a cabinet, cross-connect it to dedicated or cloud servers on our side, and it is all on one invoice in one client area.
Monthly, or twelve and thirty-six month terms at a discount. There is no setup fee for a standard cabinet, and we will not hold your hardware hostage if you decide to leave.

Send us your hardware list

We will size the footprint, quote the power and tell you honestly if you would be better off on dedicated servers instead.
