A VPS is a virtual partition of one physical server with fixed resources, which makes its performance predictable. Cloud Servers draw from a pool of interconnected servers, so they scale on demand and stay available through a hardware failure.
Anything that needs guaranteed resources — high-traffic sites, databases and ERP, e-commerce, game servers, media streaming, virtualisation, private cloud or reseller hosting. Nothing is shared, so performance stays consistent.
Yes. Start on a smaller plan and move up as your needs grow — resources are added without rebuilding, and you can upgrade a VPS or Cloud Server whenever you need to.
Yes. Managed monitoring covers 24/7 alerting and first response. Fully managed setup, patching and security is available on request for both VPS and dedicated.
Deployment
The four builds listed as in stock are racked and ready, so deployment is fast. If you need a configuration that is not listed, we build bespoke servers to order — tell us the workload and we will quote it.
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, CentOS, Fedora, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Arch, openSUSE and Windows Server. You can also upload a custom image.
Yes, on every plan. Dedicated servers also include IPMI for out-of-band console, power control and virtual media.
Billing
Cloud Servers are billed to the nearest minute across vCPU, RAM and SSD storage. There is no upfront commitment, so you can scale up for a traffic spike and back down afterwards, paying only for the minutes used.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover, plus PayPal, US bank transfer (ACH), wire, and purchase orders with net terms on approved accounts.
No. There are no setup fees on any product, in stock or built to order.
The difference is credited to your account and can be spent on any service. We do not refund it to card by default, but you can ask.
Yes — 30 days on hosting plans. Combined with free server migration, you can move across and test properly before committing.
Network and security
No. Every Cloud Server gets its own unique IP address, so you are isolated from other customers and nothing you do is affected by anyone else on the platform.
Yes, on every dedicated server, at no extra cost. Attacks are filtered at the edge rather than null-routing your address.
Yes, dual-stack by default. Reverse DNS for both IPv4 and IPv6 is self-serve from the client area.
In our own Houston, Texas facility, on hardware and racks we own. Nothing is resold from another provider and your data does not leave our systems.
Migration and support
No. Server migration is free — we handle the move and agree a cutover window with you first.
