Step 1: Log in to Your SMKCloud Client Area

Go to SMKCloud client area and log in using your registered email and password to SMKCloud client area to log in.

 

Step 2: Open Your Profile

After logging in, find your profile icon or username at the top right of the page and click.

This opens your account menu for selection.

 

Step 3: Select Payment Method

From the profile menu, click on "Payment Method", and manage your payment options.

From the payment options, you can view your previously stored payment options and add new payment options.

 

 

Step 4: Add a New Card

Navigate to the Payment settings page and click "Add Card".

This will show a form where you can enter your new payment card details.

 

 

Step 5: Enter Your Card Details

The form requires you to fill out the:

  1. Card Number
  2. Expiry Date
  3. CVV
  4. Billing Address

Upon completion of the form and with all fields required filled, hit save.

 

 

Step 6: Confirmation and Verification

For security reasons, you may need to confirm the transaction.

To complete the payment, enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received on your registered mobile number or email and then click on Make Payment.

Step 7: Payment Method Confirmation

A confirmation message will appear after successful verification.

This message indicates that your card has been added or updated successfully.
