We’re sorry to see you go! If you decide to close your account, we’ve made the process simple and transparent. Please follow the steps below to ensure everything is properly handled.


Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area

Go to smkcloud.tech and log in with your registered email and password.

 

 

Step 2: Review Your Active Services

Before closing your account, check your Active Services under the My Services section. Make sure to cancel any running services or subscriptions to avoid future billing.

 

Step 3: Request Account Cancellation

Scroll to the Account Management section and select Request Account Cancellation. You’ll be asked to choose one of the following:

  • Immediate Cancellation – Your account will be closed right away.

  • End of Billing Period – Your account will remain active until your current billing cycle ends.

 

 

Step 5: Provide a Reason (Optional)

We value your feedback. You can share your reason for leaving to help us improve. This step is optional.


Step 6: Confirm the Cancellation

Once you’ve selected your cancellation option, click Confirm Cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

 

Important Notes

  • Once your account is closed, all associated data and services will be permanently deleted.

  • If you wish to return in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.
